No K Zone tracking

The initial website does not set K Zone analytics cookies, create visitor accounts, collect browsing profiles, or use per-person affiliate identifiers. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary request, device, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Email contact

If you email us, the message, address, and other information you choose to provide are used to respond, investigate corrections or privacy requests, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary communication records. Do not send passwords, payment details, one-time codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

External destinations

Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own privacy practices. Authorised Amazon affiliate links are disclosed near the link and use one aggregate website tracking ID rather than a per-person identifier. Amazon may process a visit after a shopper chooses to follow such a link; review Amazon's current privacy information before continuing.

YouTube API Services

The private, owner-operated K Zone Video Publisher uses YouTube API Services only to upload original K Zone videos and their owner-supplied metadata to the K Zone channel. It requests the limited youtube.upload OAuth scope. It does not read comments, contacts, subscriptions, viewing history, private messages, advertising data, or other users' channel data.

Google OAuth provides an authorization grant and refresh token. The refresh token is encrypted with Windows Data Protection API for the current owner account and stored outside the website and source repository. Token-free local receipts may retain the YouTube video ID, channel ID, title, privacy status, upload timestamp, and media hash so K Zone can prevent duplicate uploads and verify its own publication records. K Zone does not sell, share, or use YouTube API data for advertising or unrelated profiling. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube revocation and deletion

The owner can revoke K Zone Video Publisher's Google access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents future uploads until the owner authorizes the tool again. The owner can remove uploaded videos through YouTube Studio.

A request to delete K Zone's locally stored YouTube authorization record or token-free receipts can be sent to the address on the contact page. After verifying that the request comes from the owner, K Zone will delete the requested local authorization data within seven days unless retention is required to investigate abuse, preserve security evidence, or comply with law. Revoking Google access immediately invalidates continued API access independently of that local deletion process.

Future changes

This notice will be updated before K Zone adds first-party analytics, forms, public user accounts, advertising technology, new affiliate click measurement, or additional YouTube API features. Material revisions will carry a new effective date. The K Zone Video Publisher is also governed by the K Zone terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, and applicable YouTube API Services policies.
